Marriage made in heaven
The French Grape Harvest Winemaker's Dinner unites Eola Hills Winery with Sybaris Bistro for a spectacular pairing of food and wine. Winemaker Steve Anderson expertly pairs exceptional Eola Hills wine with each course.
Chef Matthew Bennett, who co-owns Sybaris with his wife Janel, works with local farmers and ranchers to obtain the freshest ingredients and to help promote sustainable living within the Willamette Valley region. The restaurant's menu changes monthly to reflect the best products that the season has to offer.
"The goal of our winemaker's dinner is to bring people together to enjoy good food and good wine. The menu is rustic and uncomplicated and paired with wines to complement each course. We want to reflect what we promote in our restaurant; people having fun and taking pleasure in exceptional food."
The dinner takes place at Eola Hills Winery on Friday, September 28. Tickets are $59. Call for reservation at (800) 291-6730. Eola Hills Winery is located at 501 South Pacific Hwy, Rickreall. Sybaris Bistro is located at 442 W. 1st Ave., Albany.
