The turkey is the epitome of all things Thanksgiving. But what about those people who choose not to eat meat or who simply want something a little different this holiday season? Whether you are looking for a meatless Thanksgiving dinner or some hearty winter fare for the cold months to come, Neatloaf may be just the right answer. This recipe offers a vegetarian loaf with wonderfully meaty texture that can be used in a variety of ways. Add vegetarian gravy, mashed potatoes and green bean casserole and you'll have a very happy, very healthy holiday.
