Roth's supermarket chain is once again rolling out its Traeger grill/smoker every Saturday this summer. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. you can enjoy smoked bratwurst for $2 or purchase a whole BBQ roast chicken for $6.49. Some stores also offer pork ribs.
Some Roth's stores can smoke your prime rib, turkey, or any meat you choose for just $2 per pound. A few days advance notice is required for this service.
You also can enjoy Roth's barbecue at the Oregon Garden on July 3 for the Silverton Day Concert & Fireworks 10 a.m. - 10 p.m., which will allow Silverton residents free admission on this day. Separate admission will be charged for the concert featuring Kelly Thibodeaux and the Etouffee Band.
