Salem filmmaker Charles Stenberg has recently finished his documentary "Wheel of Speed, Heart of Compassion," which focuses on local race car driver Rich Bailey. It will be shown on CCTV Channel 22 throughout December. The film covers Bailey's 10-year racing career and highlights his community involvement. Bailey has organized the annual "Night Of Fire" car show in Salem to help raise money for causes such as "No Meth Not In My Neighborhood." He frequently invites kids who have cancer or other health problems to visit the track when he is racing.

"Rich has a great story to tell and that is what has made this an interesting and inspirational film," Stenberg said.
