American Gangster:

Director Ridley Scott reteams with Gladiator star Russell Crowe in this true life 70's crime film. Crowe, who plays Richie Roberts has to track down a Manhattan heroin kingpin played by Denzel Washington who is smuggling drugs into the country in the coffins of solidiers returning from the Vietnam War. Washington plays a New York crime boss, Frank Lucas, who creates his own illegal empire. Crowe and Washington are pitted against each other with characters that are quite similar despite the fact that they are on the opposite sides of the law.

Bee Movie:

Barry B. Benson (Jerry Seinfeld) is not content to make honey for the rest of his bee life, so he decides to leave the hive and explore our world. On a grocery shopping trip with his human love interest, Vanessa Bloome, played by Renee Zellweger, he finds that humans are profiting off of honey and decides to sue humans.  Other characters are voiced by: Matthew Broderick, John Goodman, Kathy Bates, Chris Rock and countless other cameo voice appearances. With the comedy of Jerry Seinfeld in the script, the wide range of actors handling the voices for the characters, and the spectacular work of Dreamworks animation, this movie is destined to be the big "kid" hit of the season.
