New on DVD this week:
"Deck the Halls"
Here's the first Christmas DVD release of the season. Matthew Broderick plays Steve Finch, an optometrist in a picturesque Massachusetts town, who feels the need to spread Yuletide cheer. As is usually the case, a new rowdy family (Danny Devito plays the father) moves in across the street and seems to teach everyone a lesson. Rounding out the cast is Kristen Davis ("Sex and the City"), Aliyah Shawkat ("Arrested Development"), Kristen Chenoweth ("The West Wing", "Running with Scissors")
"I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry"
Chuck Levine (Adam Sandler) and Larry Valentine (Kevin James) are New York firefighters and life-long friends. Larry is a single father who finds out there is a problem with his pension. To solve the problem he has to get married and that's where Chuck comes in. The two friends pretend to become domestic partners, but the ruse is questioned by the city. To prevent the city investigator (Steve Buscemi) from prying too deeply, they hire a lawyer, Alex McDonough (Jessica Biel).

"Ratatouille"
From the creators of "Cars" and "The Incredibles" comes a comedy with something for everyone. The movie follows a young rat named Remy, who dreams of becoming a French chef. Torn between his family's wishes and his calling, Remy and his human pal Linguini team up to pursue their dreams together. The DVD contains deleted scenes, an all-new animated short featuring Remy & Emile in "Your Friend The Rat," a behind-the-scenes feature and an animated theatrical short film. Also available on Blu-Ray.
"Sicko"
Whether you agree or disagree with him, there's no argument that Michael Moore hasn't created a new issue in this election cycle. The DVD features an interview gallery, theatrical trailer, seven additional featurettes, and coverage of the premiere titled "A different Kind of Hollywood Premiere."
Salem Monthly Newspaper covered a full review of the theatrical release:
"If there is one Michael Moore movie that everyone should see, this is the one. There needs to be a citizen debate on this issue that doesn't involve politicians and the lobbyists who pay them." See Review: Sicko for full coverage
