An enchanted evening

Salem Youth Symphony hosts an evening event to raise money for their program, and they're bringing along other musicians to also perform for the benefit show.

On March 12, Green Villa Barn in Independence welcomes concert goers to the symphony's "Musical Enchantment" beginning at 6 p.m.

A dinner catered by Wild Pear, and a silent auction are also part of the program. During dinner, students from the three orchestra perform material developed just for this event.

After dinner, the Porland Cello Project play their repertoire which ranges from Bach to Britney Spears.

Guests can bid on auction items throughout the event and tickets are also available for raffle items. All proceeds to go the Salem Youth Symphony. Tickets can be purchased at www.salemyouthsymphony.org.
