The Donald has announced who will be in the running to be his next Apprentice. Last year in the midst of his fights with Rosie O'Donnell, he mentioned that he would cast "A-list" celebrities in his next edition of "The Apprentice." He even went so far as to say that Rosie would get an invitation so that he could make a fool of her. Alas, Rosie has not made the list.

The interesting point of the cast announcements is that there is not a single A-List celebrity to be found. People may vaguely remember a few as "someone from TV," but the majority of those listed are unrecognizable.

The cast of 'Celebrity Apprentice' and the reason why they are bathing in the celebrity:

Gene Simmons - lead singer of KISS
Stephen Baldwin - Alec's brother
Omirosa - former Apprentice contestant back for "redemption"
Vincent Pastore  -  "Big Pussy" from The Sopranos
Nely Galan - Former president of Telemundo and life coach of "The Swan"
Marilu Henner - star of 'Taxi' (that was an old TV sitcom for you young 'uns)
Carol Alt - actress/model
Piers Morgan - judge of "America's Got Talent"
Tito Ortiz - Ultimate Fighting Champion
Nadia Comaneci - Olympic gymnastics gold medalist
Jennie Finch - Olympic softball gold medalist
Lennox Lewis - heavyweight boxing champ
Trace Adkins - country music star
Tiffany Fallon - Playboy Playmate of the Year

With this cast we might as well be watching "Celebrity Fit Club," "The Surreal Life," "I'm a Celebrity  Get Me Out of Here" or any number of other "celebrity" reality TV shows. Mr. Trump -- I'm sorry. You're fired!
