Welcome to Something Red 2012
This year is the 10th Anniversary of the Something Red Annual Art Walk, Exhibit and Sale in downtown Salem. The success of past years continues as Something Red highlights the holiday season where all of the artwork features the color Red.
The Art Walk begins on Salem’s First Wednesday, December 5th from 5 to 7 p.m., and the Artists Reception and Awards Presentation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. at 365 Ferry St. SE., across from the Salem Conference Center. Music will be provided by John Doan. Purchase a “Red Raffle Ticket” for $10 to win an artwork valued at $300. Donations to Marion County Food Share will be accepted that night. To enjoy the Art Walk, obtain a map card from many participating downtown business including The Art Department and Travel Salem.
