Sex on the Moon by Ben Mezrich
Mezrich’s work so far has been about blending non-fiction and fiction into his own entertaining, if not fluffy, reality. He’s known for Bringing Down the House, about a group of MIT students that went to Las Vegas and came away millionaires. The book that spawned the Kevin Spacey movie “21.” He’s also responsible for the “The Accidental Billionaires: The Founding of Facebook, A Tale of Sex, Money, Genius, and Betrayal.” It’s likely more known as the Oscar-award winning film The Social Network. In Sex On the Moon, Mezrich tells the story of Thad Roberts, a NASA scientist recruit who hatched a plan to steal moon rocks. ~ Out now

Whether the quality of the character suffers or not is in the eye of the beholder. In this one, Jason Bourne is on the run from a Russian spy and former friend, all the while trying to protect the American economy. ~ July 19
